Essex County Council is seeking market feedback for the management and disposal of approximately 70,000 tonnes of waste and recyclate collected at Recycling Centres for Household Waste (RCHWs) across Essex. The contract will cover the disposal of these materials, and the Authority is exploring procurement options. This is a pre-procurement market engagement, not a formal tender. Interested parties are invited to provide feedback on how the service should be procured.
