The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 21, is seeking sources for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contracted Residential Services (CRS) in Sacramento, Placer, or Yolo County, California. The contractor will provide residential treatment services for homeless veterans with substance use disorder and/or mental health conditions. Services include room and board, supervision, and support services. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research; no solicitation is currently issued. Interested vendors must demonstrate capability to meet VA requirements.
