West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) is seeking a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to replace its expiring contract. The system must support asset management, compliance monitoring, planned and reactive maintenance, workflow management, and reporting. The contract is expected to be valued between £200,000 and £250,000 over a minimum 3-year term with options to extend up to 5 years. WYFRS serves 2.2 million people across 800 square miles with approximately 1500 staff. This is a pre-market engagement (RFI) ahead of a tender expected around August/September 2026, with go-live by August 2027. Suppliers must confirm ability to deliver within the timeframe and budget.
