The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 17, is seeking a contractor to provide backflow preventer testing, repair, and maintenance services at the Big Spring VA Health Care Center in Texas. The contractor must be licensed and certified in backflow prevention, with experience in testing and repairing backflow preventers in healthcare facilities. The contract will cover annual testing and any necessary repairs or replacements. The period of performance is one base year plus four option years. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13.
