Heritage restoration and regeneration of Bridgwater Docks.
Somerset Council is seeking suppliers for the Heritage Restoration of Bridgwater Docks, a regeneration project to create a new residential, leisure, and tourism destination quarter. The project aims to stimulate commercial regeneration, create a sustainable living environment, and re-energize the town centre. It includes waterside business potential, residential moorings, and a new walking and cycling route. The contract will be NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract. Suppliers with expertise in similar heritage restoration and regeneration works are invited to engage.
