Refurbishment of Ivey Hall at Lincoln University, Canterbury.
Lincoln University seeks a main contractor for the refurbishment and reconfiguration of Ivey Hall, which houses the Learning, Teaching and Library Business Unit. The project involves modernizing office areas, staff and student support spaces, study and meeting spaces, university library collections, and amenities to create a fit-for-purpose facility while the building remains operational. Works will be delivered in phases, with early enabling and decant works at Hudson starting under a Letter of Intent from 16 November 2026, and the main contract commencing 3 December 2026. Interested suppliers must register for a mandatory site visit and briefing on 22 July 2026 via GETS.
