Harrogate Convention Centre (HCC) seeks a qualified contractor to provide exhibition traffic management services for events. The contract includes pre-event planning, development of traffic management plans, implementation of measures, management of vehicle holding areas and traffic zones, and provision of trained operatives. The contractor will work with the HCC Traffic & Logistics Manager and must provide competent supervisory personnel. The scope covers the Dragon Road Holding Area and vehicle access routes, with services such as stakeholder liaison, daily briefings, and post-event reporting.
