Historic Royal Palaces (HRP), a UK charity managing six historic sites including the Tower of London and Hampton Court Palace, is tendering for School Presenter Services. The contract, starting mid-2027 for an initial three years with a possible two-year extension, involves delivering curriculum-aligned, interactive sessions in historical costume for school groups (Key Stage 1-5 and SEND) across multiple sites. The provider must manage approximately 3,500 sessions per year reaching over 100,000 pupils, co-develop content with HRP's Schools Team, and demonstrate experience in heritage or museum settings. Agencies and consortium bids are ineligible, but subcontracting is allowed with HRP's agreement. A market engagement event will be held prior to the tender.
