The National Research Council Canada (NRC) seeks to acquire five high-accuracy, high-stability digital multimeters to replace degraded or failed units, enhancing laboratory calibration capabilities and metrology research outcomes. This procurement is restricted to holders of Supply Arrangement E60HN-16ELEC (Stream 2: Electronic Products) with Public Works and Government Services Canada. Only pre-qualified suppliers are invited to bid; bids from non-holders will not be evaluated. The award will go to the responsive bidder meeting mandatory technical criteria with the lowest aggregate price. The notice is published for 21 calendar days.
