The Departmental Council of Pas-de-Calais is procuring temporary staffing services for cleaning and school catering assistance across its sites. The contract covers the provision of replacement personnel to ensure continuity of cleaning and/or school meal support services. Bidders must demonstrate experience in staffing and facility services, with specific qualifications for food handling and hygiene. The contract is expected to run for a period of up to 4 years, with an estimated annual value between €1 million and €10 million.
