The University of Waikato seeks a qualified provider to deliver a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and wellbeing service for its staff. The service must support mental health, cultural wellbeing, safety, and resilience, aligning with the University's Health, Safety and Wellbeing Strategy and Te Tiriti o Waitangi commitments. It will operate as a critical component of the University's psychosocial risk management framework. The contract covers the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions. Providers must demonstrate experience in EAP delivery and cultural competency.
