Architectural Design Services & Project Management Services

The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) in New Zealand is issuing an advance notice for Architectural Design Services and Project Management Services. MSD seeks suppliers from the All of Government Construction Consultancy Services Panel, specifically the Architectural Design and Project Management sub-categories. The two contracts will not be awarded to the same supplier to ensure independent validation. Suppliers must meet mandatory pre-conditions including MSD design process, security, and building performance standards. A Registration of Interest (ROI) will be released by 22 June 2026.
