The City of London Corporation is procuring a needs-led, inclusive youth and play service for children and young people aged 8-19 (up to 25 with SEND or care-experienced). The service covers three integrated areas: Universal Youth & Play (drop-in at Golden Lane and Portsoken Community Centres), Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) for ages 13-19, and Youth Participation via a City Youth Forum. The provider must co-design with young people, collaborate with schools and health services, and align with the City's Family Hub model. The contract aims to support personal development, wellbeing, and life skills, with a focus on reducing NEET numbers and supporting those with additional needs.
