The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) seeks to procure a high-density single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) marker panel for genotyping citrus germplasm. The panel must include at least 500,000 markers and be compatible with the Axiom platform. The contractor must provide genotyping services for up to 384 samples, including DNA extraction, quality control, and data delivery in VCF format. The work will be performed at the contractor's facility, with final data delivered to Fort Pierce, Florida.
