Toilet block upgrade at a New Zealand school.
The Ministry of Education - School Infrastructure seeks a main contractor for alterations to Block A student toilets at Te Kura Amorangi o Whakatea. The project involves forming four individual, externally accessed cubicles, replacing all wall, ceiling, and floor surfaces, and installing new plumbing fittings. Additionally, a new storage space is to be created in the remainder of the existing toilet area with external access from the carpark side. The work is located in the Bay of Plenty/Waikato region. Bidders must be qualified construction contractors experienced in school facility upgrades.
