Construction of new classroom and office at Great Barr school.
The Mercian Trust is procuring construction works to alter the lower floor IT and DT rooms at Great Barr. The scope includes building new partition walls to create a classroom and office, along with associated finishes, fixtures, and services alterations. The tender documents were prepared by Rush Davis Architects, and the procurement is administered by the CPC. Bidders must be able to complete works during the summer holiday period or as a continuous contract in a manner to be agreed. The buyer is a multi-academy trust serving schools in the West Midlands.
