The Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seeks sources for a fixed-wing aircraft test to support mass rescue operations. The test will evaluate aircraft capabilities for large-scale maritime rescues. Interested parties must demonstrate experience in aviation testing and rescue operations.
