Digital and Offset Printing of Greeting Cards including Bindery and Mailing services

The House of Commons (HoC) is seeking a contractor to provide digital and offset printing of greeting cards, including bindery and mailing services. The scope includes printing, publication printing, stationery or business form printing, and mailing services as detailed in Appendix D (Statement of Requirements).
