East Durham College seeks up to three subcontract partners to deliver Adult Skills Fund (ASF) provision at Level 2 and above, focusing on progression into employment and higher-level learning. Provision must be delivered to adults aged 19+ residing within the North East Mayoral Strategic Authority (NECA). Delivery can occur in community, employer, or college venues, with learner residency aligning with NECA postcode eligibility. The total contract value is a maximum of £450,000, with an 80/20 split among successful bidders. Tenderers bid for the amount they can effectively deliver, and the College will determine the split, potentially awarding incrementally throughout the academic year.
