Habinteg Housing Association and Hoyler Developments are procuring Employer's Agent, Principal Designer (CDM), and Clerk of Works consultancy services for a six-storey, 26-unit residential block at Clements Court, Hounslow. The design-and-build project has an estimated contract value of £13.5 million (excluding consultant fees and surveys), with a 7-8 month preconstruction phase and 24-month construction period. The contract is awarded via direct award under the EN:Procure Construction Consultancy Framework (GEN4), Lot 1, based on the client's MEAT assessment. The contract runs from 1 June 2026 to 31 March 2029.
