Health New Zealand (Te Whatu Ora) seeks a single supplier for Building Management System (BMS) maintenance and support services across Wellington Regional Hospital, Hutt Hospital, Kenepuru Community Hospital, and Kapiti Health Centre. The scope includes planned preventative maintenance, system monitoring, reactive maintenance, fault response, reporting, asset register support, system optimization, and continuous improvement. Suppliers must be capable of supporting Niagara-based systems and a mixed BMS environment including legacy/proprietary platforms. The contract is for an initial two-year term with one optional one-year extension. This procurement supports critical hospital infrastructure such as HVAC and environmental controls.
