The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) seeks a contractor to provide unsupervised internet-based cognitive ability tests for entry-level staffing in a high-volume environment with repeat test takers. The contract is for two years with three optional one-year extensions. Bidders must demonstrate experience administering at least 1,500 tests annually for each of two client organizations. The solution must prevent test compromise using secure delivery models such as adaptive/item bank approaches or multiple equivalent fixed forms. Estimated annual volume is approximately 9,000 tests. Security requirements and employment equity (Federal Contractors Program) apply.
