Recruit participants for Cheshire Police Citizen Assemblies.
The Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner for Cheshire seeks a provider to recruit up to 35 participants per Citizen Assembly and facilitate voucher payments. The assemblies gather community views on policing and crime, and are used in budget setting. Four events are planned from September 2026 to February 2028, with an optional extension to March 2029. Audience-specific sessions (e.g., young people, criminal justice system-experienced) may be required. The provider does not need to attend events. The contract value includes estimates for additional assemblies in the extension period.
