Manchester City Council seeks a provider for a city-wide Early Help for Adults Navigator Service targeting adults experiencing multiple disadvantage. The service offers intensive, strengths-based, trauma-informed support for individuals facing housing instability, mental health needs, substance misuse, domestic abuse, social care needs, and criminal justice involvement. Navigators will help access services, build resilience, and achieve sustainable outcomes. The provider must collaborate with Adult Social Care, health partners, housing organizations, VCS partners, and people with lived experience. The contract aims to deliver a coordinated, person-centred, preventative approach to reduce inequalities.
