Partners needed for IPS employment support for 1,537 Wirral residents.
The Growth Company seeks local partners for its bid to Wirral Borough Council to deliver the Individual Placement Support (IPS) element of the Connect to Work programme. This voluntary programme aims to support 1,537 Wirral residents with disabilities, health conditions, or disadvantages to gain or maintain employment. Eligible participants include out-of-work individuals with health conditions or disadvantages and in-work individuals struggling due to disability or health issues. The programme is funded by Wirral Borough Council via a Grant Funding Agreement with the Department for Work and Pensions. Interested parties must register on the Panacea Supplier Platform and submit an Expression of Interest document by 17:00 on 16 June 2026.
