FCDO seeks professional services for new Beijing Embassy project.
The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is conducting preliminary market engagement for the construction of a new British Embassy, Ambassador's Residence, and staff accommodation in Beijing. The FCDO seeks expressions of interest from professional services providers to deliver project management, NEC4 contract management, quantity surveying, and health and safety services. Suppliers must demonstrate experience operating in China or similar overseas environments and the ability to obtain required security clearances. The scope and procurement timeline are not yet finalized, and this notice does not commit to a procurement.
