In-person citizenship test service for New Zealand nationwide.
The Department of Internal Affairs (Te Tari Taiwhenua) seeks a supplier to design, implement, and deliver an in-person citizenship testing service for New Zealand. The service must verify test-taker identity, maintain test integrity, ensure fair and accessible testing, and provide nationwide coverage. This supports a new requirement for most citizenship-by-grant applicants to pass a controlled test on New Zealand citizenship responsibilities and privileges. A supplier briefing will be announced via addendum; intent to respond must be emailed to tenders@dia.govt.nz by 31 July 2026.
