MHCLG seeks suppliers for community-led neighbourhood network services.
The Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) is conducting a second phase of Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) for the Network for Neighbourhoods, part of the Pride in Place Programme. The procurement aims to support community-led delivery models across 20 Early Adopter local authorities, with an estimated contract value of £13.03M NET of VAT for the initial period to 31 March 2029, plus an optional 12-month extension. Suppliers must demonstrate capability to deliver services that enable community infrastructure and long-term change. The competition is expected to commence in late July/early August 2026, with contract signature by mid/late November 2026 and mobilisation by mid/late February 2027. Responses to the PME are due by 5pm on 28 July 2026.
