London Legacy Development Corporation is establishing a flexible framework for commissioning services to promote inclusive growth, equality, education, skills, employment, enterprise, community participation, and evidence-based decision making across Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, East London, and participating authorities. The framework is divided into six lots: Education Programme Delivery, Employment and Skills Support, Community Engagement and Capacity Building, Research and Evaluation, Business Support, and Strategic Consultancy Services. Services may include design and delivery of education and careers programmes, employment support, community consultation, research, business advice, and strategic consultancy. Suppliers must deliver accessible, inclusive, and culturally competent services with transparent pricing and measurable outcomes. The framework allows eligible authorities to commission assignments of varying value, duration, and complexity.
