Reed in Partnership is seeking partners to deliver the DWP Future Employment Support programme, which provides personalised employment support to out-of-work Universal Credit claimants. The programme includes skills development, work experience, health-related employment support, self-employment guidance, and employer engagement. Organisations with proven experience in sustained employment outcomes, personalised interventions, employer engagement, and supporting people with health conditions are encouraged to apply. Two EOI routes are available: end-to-end delivery providers and specialist/innovation partners. The programme is expected to be delivered across England.
