The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) suits. The standing offer is for one year with four optional one-year extensions. Delivery locations include RCMP CBRNE regional centers in Ottawa (Central), Edmonton (Northwest), Surrey (Pacific), and Dartmouth (Atlantic). This procurement is open only to Canadian suppliers and is subject to the Tsawwassen First Nation Final Agreement. Selection is based on mandatory technical criteria only, with the lowest evaluated price recommended for award. Bidders must comply with all mandatory technical requirements.
