Open framework for employability and skills services in Belfast.
Belfast City Council is establishing an Open Framework for agile employability and skills solutions to respond to labour market challenges. The framework covers five lots: Care Sectors, Customer Services, Practical Sectors, Professional and Business Services, and Employability Support. It is open to SMEs and social enterprises, with no guarantee of work; call-offs require workplan approval and delegated authority. The framework scheme may last up to 8 years, with the initial framework starting October 2026 for 2 years.
