Framework for Architectural Services for Codi Group’s Residential Schemes

Codi Group (formerly Pobl Group) is establishing a framework agreement for architectural services and consultancy for its residential schemes. Ten suppliers have been appointed to the framework. The procurement seeks suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide architectural design and consultancy services for residential projects. The framework covers multiple lots and is open to suppliers meeting the qualification criteria.
