The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 12, intends to award a contract for backflow preventer testing and repair services at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Wisconsin. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform annual testing and necessary repairs of backflow prevention assemblies in accordance with Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and local plumbing codes. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price, base plus four option years, with a period of performance starting approximately April 1, 2026. This is a total service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Offerors must be registered in SAM and have relevant experience in backflow testing.
