Pre-market engagement for ECITB 2027 scholarships programme across UK regions.
The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) is conducting pre-market engagement for its 2027 Scholarships Programme, which will provide employer-led technical training to address skills shortages in the UK engineering construction industry. The programme covers disciplines such as mechanical, pipefitting, welding, plating, rigging, design, and draughting across regions including Central Belt of Scotland, Cumbria, Humber, North East, North West, South East, and South West England. Tenders are expected to launch in August 2026, with contract delivery starting September 2027.
