Waitomo District Council seeks a contractor to operate and manage the Waitomo Aquatic Centre. The provider must have capacity, capability, experience, and resources to manage the facility to required service levels within budget, with a strong track record in facilities management and proactive promotion to enhance community health and wellbeing. The contract is for an initial five years with a possible five-year extension based on performance and value-for-money.
