Framework for supply of lipids for R&D and GMP activities.
The Centre for Process Innovation (CPI) is establishing a framework for approved suppliers of a broad range of lipids to support R&D, pilot-scale, and GMP activities across its Formulation Centre, Biologics Centre, and RNA Centre of Excellence. The scope includes ionisable lipids, helper lipids (e.g., DSPC, DOPE), cholesterol, PEGylated lipids, and other functionalised or custom lipids for lipid nanoparticle (LNP) development. Lipids may be required in research, pilot, or GMP grade, in formats such as powders, solutions, or concentrates. Ancillary services include technical support, Certificates of Analysis, GMP documentation, and temperature-controlled logistics. The framework is open to suppliers capable of meeting varying quality and scale requirements.
