DPS for driver improvement courses in Essex.
Essex County Council (ECC) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for driver improvement courses under the National Driver Offender Re-Training Scheme (NDORS) and other Safer Essex Roads Partnership (SERP) interventions. The courses blend theory and practical training, delivered at venues and online across the Essex Police force area, covering ECC, Thurrock Council, and Southend-on-Sea Borough Council. Qualified instructors/trainers are needed to facilitate these education and training courses. The DPS will be open for providers to join throughout its duration.
