IRD Hamilton fitout: consolidate two sites, ground floor fitout and minor conversions.
Inland Revenue Department (IRD) plans to consolidate its two Te Rapa, Hamilton sites into one by completing fitout works on the ground floor of the existing building at Home Straight, with minor conversions on Levels 1 and 2. The procurement will follow a two-stage process: an open Registration of Interest (ROI) expected in early October 2026, followed by a closed Request for Proposal. Construction is anticipated to start in July 2027. IRD seeks suitably qualified and experienced construction main contractors. The project is located in Waikato, New Zealand.
