Durham County Council seeks to acquire a software solution to support the education penalty notice process. The system must handle a significant volume of referrals, process information, issue notices, and monitor case progress including payment deadlines and receipts, in line with Department for Education guidance. The contract is awarded via the Technology Products & Associated Service 2 CCS Framework. The solution will serve the council's education department to manage fixed penalty notices for truancy or other education-related offenses.
