Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requires a centralized, secure, cloud-based data analytics and AI platform to support the Data Coherence and Responsiveness initiative. The solution must enable integrated data access, high-performance analytics, near real-time reporting, AI-assisted analysis, and strong data governance. The current environment relies on legacy platforms and manual processes, limiting scalability and responsiveness. The contract is reserved for holders of Supply Arrangement #EN578-191593 only. The initial contract period is eight months, with options to extend for up to four additional one-year periods.
