Health New Zealand (Te Whatu Ora) seeks a Lead Architect/Health Planner and engineering design services for the Lakes Emergency Department Expansion and Flow Improvement Project, Central Lakes CMH Outpatient Services Redevelopment Project, and potentially similar works in the Lakes/Dunstan/Central Otago area over the next 12 months. The procurement covers specialty building and trades services, civil, mechanical, electrical, electronic, and transportation engineering, as well as permitting services.
