GSA Polaris GWAC for SDVOSBs: IT services, $60B ceiling.
The General Services Administration (GSA) is soliciting for the Polaris Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), specifically the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Pool. This is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for information technology (IT) services, including custom computer programming services (NAICS 541512). The contract covers a broad range of IT services such as software development, cloud migration, cybersecurity, data analytics, and AI/ML. Only SDVOSBs are eligible to compete for task orders under this pool. The contract has a 10-year period of performance (5-year base plus one 5-year option). The estimated total ceiling for all pools is $60 billion, with the SDVOSB pool having a specific ceiling. Offerors must be certified as SDVOSBs by the VA and meet other qualifications. This is a large-scale, high-value opportunity for qualified SDVOSBs.
