Secure Off-Site Document Destruction Services (Ottawa, ON)

Statistics Canada requires secure off-site shredding services for the destruction of approximately 22,000 boxes of 2021 Census of Population questionnaires and related materials. The destruction is needed to free secure storage capacity for the upcoming 2026 Census. The contractor must provide secure transportation, shredding, and disposal services in compliance with government security requirements. The contract is expected to be completed before the 2026 Census intake begins.
