The National Research Council Canada (NRC) is seeking construction services to optimize the U-61 cooling plant in Ottawa, Ontario. The project must be completed within 16 weeks starting August 26, 2026. Only Canadian suppliers are eligible due to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. A mandatory site visit is required on July 29 or 30, 2024, and bidders must meet security clearance requirements. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price.
