Main Contractor for Block B AMS Upgrade at Manutuke School

The Ministry of Education - School Infrastructure, on behalf of the Manutuke School Board of Trustees, seeks a main contractor for the AMS upgrade of Block B. The project involves converting an old toilet block into a breakout space and modernizing the acoustics and thermal comfort of the area. The work is located in the Gisborne/Hawke's Bay region of New Zealand. Tenders are due by 14 July 2026.
