Construction of high speed refueling center and pipeline at CFB Comox.
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting bids for the construction of a new High Speed Refueling Center (HSRC), underground fuel delivery pipeline, and extension of an existing pumphouse at the POL tank farm on 19 Wing, CFB Comox, BC. The estimated cost is $8,400,000, with substantial completion required within 588 calendar days and final completion 28 days later. Bidders must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) from the Contract Security Program. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 15, 2026, with pre-registration required. The procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
