The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking information for a potential Cloud Case Management System (CCMS) to support its Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL). The system should manage case intake, tracking, reporting, and document management for civil rights and civil liberties complaints. DHS is interested in commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions that can be configured to meet their needs, with cloud hosting preferred. Vendors must demonstrate experience with similar case management systems, particularly in government or legal environments. The contract is expected to be a single award, with a period of performance of one base year plus four option years. This is a sources sought notice, not a solicitation.
