Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is establishing a Source List (SL) for as-and-when-required architectural and engineering services in the National Capital Region, Canada. The SL will select three firms with the highest scores for a two-year term, with a maximum estimated value of $2,000,000, and options to extend up to three additional one-year periods and increase by $3,000,000. Individual commissions are expected between $100,000 and $350,000, with a maximum of $500,000. Proponents must submit abbreviated proposals via MERX; the solicitation is subject to CFTA, CETA, and WTO-GPA. Key personnel include project managers, sustainable design experts, and engineers/architects at various levels.
