The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) intends to award a sole-source maintenance service agreement for a MIRA4 Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) to TESCAN USA, Inc. The agreement covers preventative maintenance, repairs, and technical support for the specialized equipment. Only TESCAN can provide the required proprietary parts and service. The period of performance is one base year plus four option years. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.
